A good sized open space, fairly high ceiling, some castle appropriate training equipment... it's as close to the training room in the Castle of Lions as they're going to get. Almost weirdly similar, actually, once you get past the obvious difference in tech and building materials, but beggars can't be choosers.

He's been looking for an open area large enough for all five paladins to train in at once without risking too much destruction to anyone/thing nearby, and this place will do just fine. Team Voltron has been idle for too long.
