Eh... there's that anime 'Slam Dunk'... but it's really long so I guess it wouldn't be good for a movie night. Buzzer Beater was by the same author and was only thirteen episodes and is pretty good. I don't know a lot of American basketball players... I think a lot of them were in that recent movie... what was it called. 'Like Mike'? That might be a bit late, though...
