Poke-Egg Do?

[It's taken a bit for AZ to be able to really do much with his phone. He's never been good at keeping up with technology. Text might be a little hard for him, so he's put it on video instead. He's sitting in the garden, with Bulbasaur on his lap.]

Hello. For those of you I haven't met, my name is AZ. This is Bulbasaur. Some of you may have new Pokemon with you, from when the eggs hatched. I thought I would explain Pokemon to those of you who don't know. Pokemon are creatures that inhabited my world. They can be split into eighteen or so types, with different elemental weaknesses and strengths. They are intelligent beings that require a great deal of care and affection. Many of them battle with each other in order to evolve and grow stronger - but some of them prefer not to battle. If your Pokemon does not want to battle, please do not force it to do so.

As for evolution... many Pokemon change forms. The most common way is when they gain enough experience in battle, but some evolve when they make strong bonds with their Trainers, or when they're exposed to various stones. Trainers are those who take care of Pokemon, though there's many ways to do so.

And as for what they eat - I have arranged with Ozuma to have Pokechow appear in the kitchen. It has the nutrients your Pokemon require. Some of them can gain nutrients in other ways, like Bulbasaur here - he can convert sunlight into nutrients. The Daycare also has berries that can be given to your Pokemon to eat raw, or they can be made into Pokepuffs or Poffins. ... Please do not try to eat the berries yourself. They can have... unpleasant side effects for humans.

If you have any other questions, please feel free to ask me, Hilda, or N. Hilda is a girl with curly brown hair and sometimes a large orange Pokemon with her, and N is a tall boy with messy green hair.

I hope you enjoy your new lives with Pokemon, and please treat them well.

Questions? Yes, you could say that.

I hatched two of the eggs, and I think I got... Unique ones.

A purple sphere that expels gas, and... a sword?

I'm not even sure what to make of the sword, it's been quiet and seems to like resting in its sheath on my back. Does it even eat?

The other one, Koffing I think it is, is a lot more friendly. But apparently it smells bad? She'll definitely eat just about anything I put in front of her.

Should I be doing anything in particular for these two...?

That's... handy to know. Given that I can channel electricity, and she apparently likes to hug.

Is there any way that she can tone down the smell? She's very affectionate, but not many people have seemed open to hugging her. I think it's hurting her feelings. As much as an animal has feelings, anyway.

And the other. Honedge, huh? That name won't do at all, I'll have to come up with something better. I'm relieved that it doesn't need much to eat. Anything I can do to keep it active? It strikes me that staying in its sheath is probably not the healthiest thing for it.
