[ Soul is worn out. He's still sick and he's more than a little bummed, but he's trying to look cheerful for the network. His smile is tired when he appears but he still manages it somehow.

So, I shoulda announced this before, but I was kinda busy. [ More like coughing his lungs out, but okay. ] I've been organizing a party for Halloween, a masquerade to be exact. I could use some help with setup - anyone able to help me out? It's gonna be in the gym starting at early evening and go until we're all partied out.

[ He actually gives a real grin this time, however momentary it is. ] It'll be great.

We've got a bunch of costumes that aren't finished, someone who can sew would be awesome. What kinda material do you need for the masks?

[ A pause as he tries to decide on the best description of Halloween. ]

It's a great night where you can give treats or pull tricks and get lots of candy.

Eh...something sturdy, but flexible. It has to be comfortable as well, if it'll be worn throughout the party. Maybe velvet trim, some feathers, glitter...

[Perona taps a finger to her cheek as she hums thoughtfully, listing off some more materials as they come to mind. Honestly, the masks are probably the easiest thing to make. The costumes, if they're unfinished, shouldn't take too long depending on the level of detail necessary, either. And if she doesn't go overboard, or add her own flair to anything...

Perking up, Perona tilts her head to one side slowly. She's not sold yet - it sounds too much like every other party she's gone to, and that whole 'prank' holiday (April Fool's) was not her scene in the slightest.]

Mmh...so it's just a ball with food and mischief? That doesn't seem so special.
