Hey. Someone care to bring food or entertainment to the infirmary? I'm super stuck here with nothing to do.
[ With bedraggled hair and linen creases on his face, it's obvious Soul's been there for a few days already. This matches up with his absence from the feast, if anyone noticed it. ]
I'm tired as hell and can't even manage to make my piano to play it. No piano! Can you imagine?
[ He gets bored easily and being laid up on his back for what he's told will be a few weeks is a curse that tempts one like him to throw himself off a bridge. The problem is that he can only drag himself far enough to use the bathroom by himself, but not far enough to get to that bridge. Maybe a visitor will do it for him! ]
I'd even take a book at this point.
[ Pause. ]
God, I'm going to regret saying that.
