[He's been mostly avoiding people this month save for times when he couldn't, but even then. Antisocial is a Thing, as is coming to terms with not being able to go home (and probably needing to actually help rather than sulking), dealing with pokemon needing to heal the old fashioned way - which sucks, if you ask him-, and.... the baby seedot in his arms.

He looks rather annoyed to even be asking, but - he has no choice.
] Katharine has pokemon. The girl who gave me this had some kind of pokemon, and [Here, Silver makes a face.] He's got a team.

...Who else here has pokemon and is willing to battle to make this thing stronger? My pokemon are too powerful for it.

[A beat, then] Same goes for the rest of my team. If I have to be stuck here, I'm not going to stop training. They've fallen behind.

[Of course this is the first thing on his mind. At least he's not insulting anyone? Yet.]

Ah, you've met Hilda then.

She's a Porygon, yes. Eecee Emma. I thought it fit her rather well.

Ah... you should probably speak to...

... Hmm, no, you probably SHOULDN'T speak to N if you're talking that way...

He was raised with Pokemon. He can talk to them.

He takes a dim view of trainers.

And he's not the sort to be apologetic about it.

You're making a lot of assumptions.

But yes, you're correct on that at least.

That does nothing to account for all the assumptions you've been making about Pokemon.

You will do no such thing if you continue to treat your friends this way.

I can say as a matter of pubic record that you're wrong. Emma lives in my arm, I talk to her all the time.

Also, did I say he was a bleeding heart?

Don't misunderstand me. He was well-positioned to make war on humanity for the sake of Pokèmon. He's not someone you want to provoke.

As for battling, I'm not ignorant of the practice. I know that they enjoy sparring with each other. But making them fight is another matter entirely. It fosters aggression, and causes quite a bit of stress in them.

No, she sleeps in my arm. And you're calling me the moron?

... Kid, I don't even know where to begin with the flaws you've got in your thinking.

The computer in my arm is more powerful than every system, on any sub light speed capable world, combined. It runs quite well without her, she simply rests in it when she's not in the real world. She and I talk while she's in there. It facilitates the communication quite well.

As for the flaw... putting your life in the hands of something you can't recognize the stress you're putting on it. Combat is inherently stressful. If not carefully tended to, combatants do not get stronger. They get more volatile.

No. They have different stresses, which you seem quite content to ignore.

You're not convincing anyone you're a good trainer or an adult, you know.
