The following message can be found in two places: typed on the network and on a piece of paper posted on the bulletin board, written in bright ink so people might see it. The latter is actually up several hours before it hits the network, and only at all thanks to Chara's help, though Rin's optimistic she can handle it from here.]

ATTENTION!

Throughout the rest of the month, we will be making attempts to access further areas of the castle. I’m informed the last this was attempted was two months ago, meaning it’s high time to continue, yes?

Several potential paths have been scouted out, for moving forward. We plan to tackle these as four separate missions, to be carried out before the end of June. This is an ambitious goal, and the task ahead is significant. How successful our efforts will be is dependent on how many volunteers we receive and our teamwork. If you are eager to do something productive in this place, please consider joining us, but also keep in mind the following.

Conditions of Volunteering:

— The castle is full of puzzles. Reasonable thinkers and problem solvers will be appreciated.
— Combat is expected and will be unavoidable. Be prepared and willing to fight.
— Your endurance and athleticism may be tested. Consider how well you can keep up before volunteering.
— Healing, and evidently light-based abilities may be valuable to our mission. Please note if you have any skills in these areas.
— Behavior that puts others at risk or gets in the way of the task at hand will not be humored.
— MUST be able to cooperate with your fellow volunteers! That's regardless of differences, unless it violates the above rule. If you have a different problem with someone, stay behind or work with another team.

If you can agree to the above, the names of the team leaders for each excursion. They'll let you know when and where to meet. If your team leaders do a good job, be sure to commend them for their efforts along with the members of the scouting party, if you know who they are. It's thanks to them we can do this at all.

[Excellent. She's glad; if this keeps up, they should have enough healers for her to feel confident. That's one matter Rin has been most occupied with. Due to the nature of their summoning, she knew there'd be fighters aplenty, so she'd been more worried about having someone to fix them up if it's needed. According to what Chara's told her, light abilities are incredibly useful too, so that's another checkpoint.]

Don't worry about it. I'm new myself, so seniority is obviously not an issue.

The teams are all going different places right? I've heard rumors, but not many details... :(

[Rin takes a long time responding to this one, for some reason. It can probably be assumed she's a busy girl, keeping track and answering questions from the other volunteers, or maybe even coordinating with the team leaders.

In actuality, she's just staring at the two mysterious characters Dove ended her message with. Is... Is that a rune? She's not familiar with that one, but that field of magecraft isn't widely taught these days. Maybe it's very old, or a branch where the runes aren't made with strictly straight lines.

After a few more minutes of staring, Rin realizes she's taking too long, and hastily types a reply back. Focus on this; she can decipher the rune later.]

Yes, we want to cover as much ground as possible.
The scouting team came across three potential routes, which is what we'll start off with. The fourth team will continue where one of those left off. So either -

1 - The closed off room past the graveyard
2 - The waterfall
3 - The eastern reflector
4 - An area past one of the above

[Dove doesn't mind the delay; she's actually fairly busy herself, and never really has been one to watch over her phone like a hawk for a text. She does take a few moments of her own to reply, though, once she has received a response. She... doesn't know anything about any of those places, aside from a rumor that one of those Assassin shadows has been spotted in...one of them.]

They said they saw one of the stronger shadows at the waterfall, right? I think I'd be most useful there...

two hours later she's going to finally work it out and just stare at the ceiling for a while

[Rin is a little envious. She may have heard that herself, but if she did it's only been within the past few days. She needs to brush up on her game.]

You're signed up for Team 2. If any assassin is around there, having a healer will do them well. Thank you.

Nami will be your team leader. At bare minimum she'll contact you to let you know when and where to meet, but you might get in touch with her if you have other questions beforehand.
