It's a nice day today. The water's sparkling. A light breeze has small waves kicking up on it's surface, barely distinguishable from the quality of the video format. Even so- it's pretty.]

[Okay, no. You don't get to do this to Littlepip. She understands that people are different. After all, she's met someone loyal only to the contract. She's met a pacifist-turn-battling medic. She's met a group of full-armored crusaders with views differing than herself. She's met people who would tell the truth even if it meant then facing very bad consequences. She's even met actual cannibals and people who were their family.

You don't get to do this to her.]

instead of whining and yelling about how i'm wrong and closing yourself off without saying why, maybe you should take the time to make me understand? i'm a lot more accepting than you seem to think so. talking about any probelms you feel you have is also a way for good change to happen. so go on. explain.

[Unfortunately, Littlepip, they don't care who you've met or how much you've taken a liking to them. Because that's your business. And funnily enough, they aren't interested in it in the slightest.]

Precisely my point.

You see, this is what people like you do. Rather than concede to any point, it's much easier to remind yourself- you're the good person in this scenario, aren't you? Thus, it only stands to reason that I'm the bad one. I'm whining, yelling, even.

The only thing I need to do to make my whole life better is just talk to you. The good guy. Bare my soul and oh, how much better I'll feel!

Like there's no one else in my life closer than you are, in this moment.

I'm going to keep this simple for you, because simple seems all you're capable of. The answer is no. And it's no for many reasons, but you've also lost any privilege to that.
